1. MINIMUM AGE.You acknowledge and agree that the attendees MUST be 18 or over. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to any person who does not appear to be 18.

 

2. ALCOHOL & DRUGS.The use of alcohol or illegal drugs is strictly forbidden at all events. Any guest that is believed to be under the influence or in possession of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Anybody who is evicted from an event for the reasons above will not be eligible for a refund of ticket prices and any costs incurred, such as accommodation, travel or any other costs incurred relating to the eviction. Dark Entities will have the ultimate decision to evict anyone from the event under these circumstances.

 

2 SMOKING AND VAPING Smoking and vaping is strictly forbidden inside any of our event locations. Smoking is forbidden inside any business premises under UK law. There will be designated areas at the events for such purposes.

 

3 PERSONAL BELONGINGS & EQUIPMENT.

Any personal belongings and equipment that you bring to the event is your own responsibility. Dark entities paranormal are not responsible for the loss of attendee's property, damage of theft. Dark entities paranormal are not responsible to provide a "safe" place to store attendee's property.

 

4 PREGNANT WOMEN.Due to the nature of these events and the restrictions at some venues heavily pregnant women are not allowed to attend any of our events.

 

5 ACCESS & DISABILITIES.You acknowledge and agree that any long-term medical issues must be declared prior to booking. All attendees must be in good health; persons of an excessive nervous nature or, heart condition are advised not to attend.

Some venues have steps or uneven floors and may not be easily accessible for people with disabilities. If unsure when booking please contact us.

 

6 BEHAVIOUR. You acknowledge and agree that any behaviour causing health and safety hazards or disruption to other attendees' experience is not tolerated, attendees will be evicted from the venue immediately. Attendees must act in a sensible manner and not cause harm or injury to anyone else and or affect the property. During the event attendees will have the chance to use our equipment. We ask that you do so with care, as misuse/abuse of such will render you liable for any loss or damage incurred.

 

7 HEALTH & SAFETY.You acknowledge and agree that some locations have uneven floors or stairs; therefore attendees must take care whilst walking throughout the venue.  Most venues will be in a dark environment; it is advised that every attendee brings a high-powered torch.

Due to the nature of the venue locations and the weather conditions, attendees are advised to wear sensible warm and dry clothing. Attendees should wear suitable footwear as long walks may be involved. Dark entities paranormal accept no responsibility for any injury sustained due to inappropriate clothing and footwear.

No naked flames or other potential fire hazards are to be used during the event.

 

8 MEDIA.You acknowledge and agree that the use of cameras, filming and recording equipment is permitted on our events subject to limitations. Any footage recorded is deemed to be for personal use only and not for commercial purposes. Due to safeguarding, before commencing video or audio capture you must advise anybody being recorded so that they are aware and have the choice to not be included. Any footage or photos taken on our events are for personal use only. Not to be published on any social media platforms without dark entities paranormal's prior consent or approval. Anything we do approve to being published must include a link to our page on which they are publishing anything

 

9 CANCELLATIONS.You acknowledge and agree that events may be cancelled or postponed due to weather conditions or situations out of our control. In the event of cancellation due to poor weather conditions dark entities paranormal will notify attendees by email. Attendees may be offered places on the next available event or a complete refund will be made. Dark entities paranormal are not liable for any expenses you may incur such as accommodation bookings, travel arrangements or any other costs incurred relating to the cancelled event.

 

10 REFUNDS.You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility at the time of booking to ensure that you and your party are able to make the event date. Dark entities paranormal cannot offer a refund or transfer your places if you are unable to attend. This is due to our venues being paid in advance and we are therefore liable for these costs even if you cannot attend. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

11 EMAILS.Upon successful payment a payment/booking confirmation email sent to the user's email address. One week prior to the event dark entities paranormal will send an "Information Email" prior detailing meeting times and location.

 

12 PARANORMAL ACTIVITY.Dark entities paranormal does not create or fake paranormal activity.  We cannot guarantee that paranormal activity will take place on the event. Though we always endeavour to give you the best experience possible we can never guarantee the behaviour of the unknown thus we cannot make any guarantees about the validity and truth behind your experiences. We do guarantee that all events are organised with a scientific outlook and are conducted under controlled conditions. Anyone caught faking activity will be immediately removed from the event.
